Return & Refund Policy For Blitz Bundles/Wigs

Thank You for ordering with BlitzBrands!

Please make sure that you’re billing and mailing address match. Make sure when entering you credit or debit information is correct. If you do not enter in the correct information we will not process your order. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

1.How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing can take up to 3 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped out. We process orders Monday through Friday. Please note that if you place an order on Friday; your order will be processed on the next business day. Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. Domestic Express Shipping takes 2 to 3 business days depending on where you are located. Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.

 

2. Does BlitzBrand offer International shipping?

Yes, we do. International Shipping takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your location.

 

3. When will my tracking number start show activity?

Once your order is completely processed you will receive an email. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to show activity. All packages are delivered through USPS. If you do not see your tracking number in your main folder; please check you spam folder. If you have not received a tracking number after 3 day business days from placing your orders please contact customer service at 312.838.3534.

 *When contains customer service about your tracking number please have your order number handy.*

4. Can I make changes to my order?

  To insure that you get your blitz package with quick delivery all orders are processed daily. Which makes it hard to alter any order. Please make sure that your order is correct before completing your order.

5. Does Blitz Brand have a return policy on bundles and wigs. 

Yes, we do. We are pleased to offer a return on any unopened, unworn or tampered with hair extensions within SEVEN DAYS of you receiving your order. Please contact us first before requesting a refund at 312.838.3534 during normal business hours. All products must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the BlitzBrands hair seal on the bundle has been broken.

*We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair bundles outside of "BlitzBrands". *

6. Does BlitzBrands have a refund policy on their blitz minx's?

No, we do not offer a refund for our blitz minx's. ALL LASH SALES ARE FINAL.

7. When will refund be issued?

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the BlitzBrands security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 24-48Hrs.

8. Does Blitz Brand do exchanges?

Yes, we do. You can make an exchange within SEVEN DAYS. The Blitz Brands hair or apparel seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, combed, brushed or fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered in any form; the hair will be returned back to you.

*All Sales are final on custom coloring for bundles.

9.Where do I send my return/ exchange to?

Please email us at BlitzBrandsOrders@outlook.com to get Ship your Exchange/Refund address. When you send you’re please attach a note inside your package including your order number and the reason for return!
*You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because BlitzBrands will not be responsible for lost returns.
